1) Quality - All of our products are made from only A-Grade Moso species bamboo with an average of 5-7 years of maturity. We use only the most advanced German precision milling machinery available on the market. All of our bamboo floor technologies have been exclusively and carefully developed; we do not sell any low quality products, period. All of our floors are tested in laboratories for dimensional stability, finish wear, moisture content, and hardness every year by scientists in white coats, so you know it is official. For example, the Janka hardness test is used to determine the strength of building materials. Our Strand Woven Natural floors were rated at 3,944 pounds of force, compared to our closest rival at 3,200 for a similar strand product. You will not put a divot in our strand floor with your high heel, but you may break your shoe trying! This is just one example of how Ambient strives to be head and shoulders above the competition.

2) Customer Service - Every time you call Ambient during business hours you'll be able to speak with a bamboo flooring expert immediately. Furthermore, there is no need to be transferred - any Ambient employee that answers your call has the experience and ability to walk you through any questions, update your account, and address concerns or problems that arise. The same white coated scientists that test the hardness of our flooring also ensure our VOC levels are well below the requirements for OSHA and E1 standards. We ensure through rigorous testing that our floors are perfectly healthy to live, work and play on! Not only is bamboo an eco-friendly product that reduces deforestation, but it also provides LEED points and can be used for tax incentive purposes. Specifically, our products contribute to LEED credits MR-6 (for sustainable resources), MR-7 (Certified Wood) & IEQ-4 (for low emitting materials). 4) People-Friendly Prices - Since we are a direct importer, Ambient can offer lower pricing by not having overhead costs such as retail stores, armies of sales representatives, or distribution contracts.
