Can I use Bamboo Plywood as subflooring?

While thicker bamboo plywood (3/4" or 1-1/2") might seem like a good option, it's important to use materials designed specifically and rated for subflooring.  If you're looking for a sustainable, moisture-resistant, and fire-resistant solution, look no further than 3/4" Magpanel MGO boards for subflooring. These boards are built for the job and have a shiplap design that makes installation a breeze.

What if my shipment arrives with damage, or I find defective products while installing?

Does bamboo plywood qualify for LEED credits?

Possible LEED credits for plywood include:

MRc6: Rapidly Renewable Materials
MRc7: Certified Wood*
IEQc4.4: Low-Emitting Materials (ULEF, Ultra Low Emitting Formaldehyde)

*Certified Wood LEED credit is only attainable if you special-order FSC certified stock, which is about 50% higher price per sheet and has a 90-120 day lead time.
