Additionally, please note that order shipped to certain locations - such as islands, rural areas, high-density urban zones, or low-volume freight regions - may incur a shipping surcharge despite meeting the criteria for free shipping. These surcharges are set by freight carriers based on their criteria, not by Ambient. On such orders, Ambient still covers the majority of the shipping cost, however the additional carrier-imposed fees are the customer’s responsibility.
